1. ORDER PROCESSING

All items are made-to-order and processed after your purchase is completed.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped according to the selected shipping method.

2. SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated shipping times (after processing):

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Please note that these are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays.

3. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)

  • Weather conditions

  • High-volume periods or holidays

6. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Purposefully Purposed is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered.

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on production and fulfillment.
