RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Purposefully Purposed, each item is created with intention and care. Because many of our products are made-to-order, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.

1. ALL SALES POLICY

All items are made-to-order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We will gladly replace items that arrive:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

To request a replacement:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

3. ORDER ISSUES

If there is an issue with your order (missing item, incorrect product, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

4. SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

Please ensure all shipping information is correct before placing your order.

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or discounted items (if applicable)​

6. REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds unless:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • A replacement is not available
